Clip: John Lennon's Opinion About Over-Population

Back then, the latest media-scare craze was over-population. Today it's swine flu and global warming. Tomorrow it'll probably be over-population again (swine flu also had a stint in the 70s). Here was Lennon's opinion of the concept...

Article: Stealth Treaty Seeks Strict Controls Over Internet

As seems to be a recurring theme in recent times, our freedom is under threat. This time in the cyber world.

The internet is probably the one system that can't be controlled like the governments would want. They find too many thorns in their plans because of the pesky internet. It is an excellent medium for freedom of speech, information spreading, creative sharing, connection to others, accelerated learning, and much much more.

So of course, that's what's being attacked. Except that it's all behind the scenes, where it CAN be controlled.

A very eye opening article ahead... filled with petitions and such...

A sweeping international treaty to regulate how knowledge and creativity may flow on the Internet is now being negotiated. Haven’t heard of it? Funny thing, that’s exactly what the backers of the treaty want. The film, music, publishing and information industries don’t want a public debate about the issues or an open debate in Congress. So they have been working hand-in-glove with the U.S. Trade Representative to move U.S. policymaking offshore and throw a dark cloak of secrecy around everything. The next stop: draconian penalties for anyone who is accused of violating copyright law.

Article: Australian Fluoride Plant Construction Begins

Construction work on Mount Gambier’s fluoridation plant at the Blue Lake pumping station began on Monday.

The soil is currently being excavated in preparation for the construction of a 60 square metre stone building above the pumping station which will house the plant.

Major works are scheduled to start in late December, with completion to take about five months.

SA Water chief operating officer John Ringham said residents would start receiving fluoridated water by the middle of next year.

Oh, goodo! Poisonous waters - yay!

I liked the part where it said “It’s the most effective way to allow everyone access to fluoride to help protect their teeth.”
That simply isn't true.
Fluoride is a toxic substance and shouldn't be consumed by humans.
I mean, Fluoride is rat poison!!

The idea that fluoride protects teeth is a complete myth, so injecting into our waters is extremely unnecessary. Most of Europe don't have fluoride and their teeth are on par with countries that do use fluoride. In fact, fluoride has a negative affect on the teeth, body AND mind.

"Fluoride has been tested on humans for the purpose of treating osteoporosis. The theory was that fluoride would strengthen bones. What the researchers found was that it did increase bone mass; however, the bone was much more brittle -- leading to a dramatic increase in hip fracture.

Research has shown in numerous studies that fluoride is a mutagen (genetic damage), a carcinogen (cancer causing), and cancer promoting in laboratory cell studies, animals, and humans. In 1990 the Congress-ordered National Toxicological Program (NTP) found bone cancers in male rats. The test animals, in the words of the board certified pathologists, "were awash with disease." The high dose animals had kidney failure and cancers of their lips, cheeks, throats, livers, and bones. The highest rates of cancer were found in the highest dose animals. The lucky rats and mice that drank the distilled fluoride free water had no significant disease.

Cavity-prone rats were given fluoride in two ways. One group got fluoride in the mouth from a time release tablet bonded to the outer surface of the tooth. The other group got the same amount administered in a slow pump under the skin. The oral dose of fluoride produced some reduction in decay over controls, but the systemic exposure did not reduce tooth decay at all. However, the poisonous nature of fluoride does not change when ingested. Animals fed sugar-water and fluoride fare no better in terms of tooth decay than animals fed sugar-water alone. Human tooth decay is linked to diet, sugar intake, tooth brushing technique, hours of sunlight, parental education, and family income. These variables must be considered in order to produce accurate results."

So if fluoride is a poison that can cause cancers in rats and cause human bones and teeth to become more brittle, and brains to become dumber, then why put it in our waters?
Hmmm......
It's up to you to decide whether or not you think the people behind pushing fluoride-injected-water are AWARE of the negative affects of it.
Were the big wigs in control of the Swine Flu Vax AWARE of the negative effects of the vax? Same thing.

Article: From Their Own Mouths - Global Warming is a Fraud

Here's an article with a series of quotes about "Global Warming".

"We've got to ride this global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic and environmental policy." - Timothy Wirth, President of the UN Foundation

"No matter if the science of global warming is all phony... climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world." - Christine Stewart, fmr Canadian Minister of the Environment

"It doesn't matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true." - Paul Watson, co-founder of Greenpeace

"We need to get some broad based support, to capture the public's imagination... So we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements and make little mention of any doubts... Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest." - Stephen Schneider, Stanford Professor of Climatology, lead author of many IPCC reports

"The only way to get our society to truly change is to frighten people with the possibility of a catastrophe." - emeritus professor Daniel Botkin

"The extinction of the human species may not only be inevitable but a good thing." - Christopher Manes, Earth First!

Clip: Evolution Is Now

If you imagine human history in the form of a linear timeline, then our current times would show that right now we are experiencing an evolution in human consciousness. The key to this lies in unity, and lies in the realisation that we are all connected to the same universal energy. This clip puts some of that into perspective.

This clip may come across as "lame" to the average cynic. And hey, maybe it is? But the truth it speaks is far beyond any sort of negative interpretation.

Intel wants a chip implant in your brain

Um, no thanks?

"Intel believes its customers would be willing to have a chip implanted in their brains so they could operate computers without the need for a keyboard or mouse using thoughts alone."
HA! They're dreamin'!

Computer chip maker Intel wants to implant a brain-sensing chip directly into the brains of its customers to allow them to operate computers and other devices without moving a muscle.

Intel believes its customers would be willing to have a chip implanted in their brains so they could operate computers without the need for a keyboard or mouse using thoughts alone. The implant could also be used to operate devices such as cell phones, TVs and DVDs.

The chip is being developed at Intel's laboratory in Pittsburgh, USA. It would sense brain activity using technology based on FMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging). The brain sensing chips are not yet available, but Intel research scientist Dean Pomerleau thinks they are close.

Article: Aliens 'already exist on earth', Bulgarian scientists claim

A Bulgarian scientist has made a claim that some of us have already suspected, and that is that there is indeed extraterrestrial life out there. He also claims that we have not grown enough yet has a race to be able to have direct contact, but they're are among us on earth, and do have a benevolent agenda and want to help us.

This may be old news to some, but for others may be skeptical and find it hard to believe. Either position is understandable. At any rate, we must judge for ourselves.

Work on deciphering a complex set of symbols sent to them is underway, scientists from the country's Space Research Institute said.

They claim aliens are currently answering 30 questions posed to them.

Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, confirmed the research.

He said the centre's researchers were analysing 150 crop circles from around the world, which they believe answer the questions.

"Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time," Mr Filipov told Bulgarian media.

"They are not hostile towards us, rather, they want to help us but we have not grown enough in order to establish direct contact with them."

The Icky Ego

And The breath of Life

The 'ego' is to the mind, what 'snot' is to the body.

And 'breathing' is to the body, what 'state of being' is to living happily.

Nobody likes a snotty nose, but sometimes snot is a necessary byproduct of the process of protecting yourself.

The less snot up your nose, the easier it is to breath, and the more enjoyable your breathing experience.

Sometimes you don't realise how snotty your nose is until it's really hard to breath. So sometimes it's necessary to wake up during the middle of the night and blow your nose.

Snot builds up slowly over time, so sometimes it's easy to forget it's there, and get comfortable with breathing with a snotty nose. Some people are fine with breathing through a snotty nose. But upon finally clearing that snot, you realise how much better breathing can really be (aswell as how much more others enjoy breathing in sync with your own breathing).

But you can't blow your nose until you go and get a tissue. Sometimes you have to create the tissue yourself, sometimes others can build it for you. But essentially it comes down to the intention of your own choice, to seek the tissue and take action.

Sometimes it's easy to get annoyed at somebody else for trying to breath through their own snotty nose, and point fingers at them, complain, gossip, and downright blame them for disturbing your own experience. However, doing that only creates more snot as you become involved with snotty-nosed interaction. And remember: we can only despise in other people what we don't like about ourselves.

If we want to breath peacefully and joyfully, then we have to clear our snot. If we don't clear out our snot, then making our breath filter through the snot all the time can disturb our own experience, and sometimes others' experience too! To clear it out we simply have to become aware of it.

As soon as you identify yourself as a snotty-nosed person, and with the thoughts, emotions, perceptions and actions that stem from your snotty nose experience, with the power of your belief, are you more or less likely to remain snotty? Well, the answer is definitely not less.

Don't identify with anything within our snot-based world. Just become aware of it, and see it for what it is - just snot - and it will fade away.

Today marks the day when i start the construction of building a tissue, so i can blow my own nose. This will be a journey that may take a while. But once I've achieved that, i can start work towards the construction of building a big collective tissue for society to use, because right now we live in a big snotty world. I may not be able to cure the sickness, but the less snot that the world has, the better the state of living in it will be for myself AND others.

Snot does have its use though. Without snot, then it would mean that we would not be protecting ourselves. However, we wouldn't need to protect ourselves if we weren't sick.

But what's making us sick? Why is everyone all snotty? What is the cause of this dysfunction? That's the million dollar question.

We have to treat the sickness in order to fix the root of the problem and transform, and never have a snotty nose again. But first we have to understand the truth, and then accept it, in order to know how to treat it.

So don't worry if your nose is currently snotty. Don't identify with it. Just become aware of it. We have to get sick before we can evolve from it.

Terence McKenna: You Are an Explorer, and You Represent our Species

While we're on the theme of psychedelics today, i figure it's a good time to post this fantastic little clip of Terence McKenna magic.

In this 2 minutes of inspiration, Terence talks about the role of psychedelics, our role as humans, what to do, what not to do, and sums it up nicely at the end with a message of what it's all about.

These are notions i absolutely absorbed earlier this year, and should be absorbed by all to help towards creating our new paradigm.

Bill Hicks: What's gonna happen to the Arms industry, when we realise we're all one?

I love Bill Hick's view of the deep things in life. He turns touchy deep matters into funny issues. It's a great way to be.

In this clip, he talks about his experience taking 5 grams of Psilocybin (for the uneducated, that's a ridiculously huge amount), and talks about why it's against the law.

Bill Hicks was ahead of his time and spews truth from every orifice. I love this quote on magic mushrooms being illegal in this vid: "What's gonna happen to the Arms industry, when we realise we're all one? HAHA! It's gonna fuck up the economy! The economy that's fake anyway! This would be a real bummer. So you can see why the government's cracking down on the idea of experiencing unconditional love. Ah."

Bashar: Allow Yourself to be Afraid

A short but important note here.

With so much emphasis placed on Love being the fundamental human principle of which to abide by and act within (and rightly so), and Fear being the polar opposite, this quick clip should help to ground the quivering souls who are missing life's opportunities by unnecessarily avoiding feeling fear altogether.

The Fibonacci Sequence in Lateralus, and the Spirals of Life

Ever wondered what the big deal about Tool is?
Curious about the depth to which they delve? Watch the following vid.

This vid will resonate mostly with people who have heard of the Fibonacci sequence before, and like the band Tool.
However, even if you haven't and/or don't, then bare with me. The reason for putting this vid up has a purpose.
Here it is:

What should be understood is that I'm not putting this up to promote Tool (even though they're awesome. (woops).). The focus here is the Fibonacci sequence (google it).

I had an interesting psychedelic experience come over me one day where i became completely aware of all things in life occurring in spirals. Thoughts, events, feelings, situations, time, patterns, objects, nature, everything. And then in those spirals there were other spirals, and in THOSE spirals there were spirals. The pattern continues until BANG - we have what we perceive as reality. The spirals are so deep within spirals within spirals within spirals and so on that we don't even recognise them as spirals.

It's hard to explain, and nevermind if you don't understand. (Hell, even i can barely understand my own epiphany at this stage). But the point is, it was this experience that felt so significant and real that lead me to ask questions about spirals and its relation to the nature of the flow of life. I pursued for knowledge. I thought to myself, "Surely, somewhere in the world somebody else has had similar realizations too", so i googled away, and sure enough, "the truth was out there".

Enter the concepts of the Fibonacci Sequence and the Golden Ratio (google them).

If you can't be bothered googling for yourself. Here's some links from a quick dig i just did then:
- The Fibonacci Number (wiki)
- The Golden Ratio (wiki)
- The Fibonacci Sequence, Spirals and the Golden Man
- Scientists find clues to the formation of Fibonacci spirals in nature
- The Divine Proportion
- The Fibonacci Series
- Fibonacci Numbers in Nature
That should be enough for now.

The Fibonacci Sequence, although simple, i believe has a complex significance to it that could provide answers to the nature of the flow of life. I believe there is a divine meaning behind it, and understanding it could reveal answers about reality and time. Just gotta study it now.

Book Recommendation: The Holographic Universe

'The Holographic Universe' is the book i'm reading right now. It's seriously mind blowing, aswell as mind opening.

The Holographic Universe is a "must read" for anyone with an open, inquiring mind and a curiosity about the cosmos in which we reside. You are likely to find the material presented here to be nothing short of astounding. The ramifications for humanity are staggering as this book seriously challenges the basis for our cultural view of reality: materialism. After reading The Holographic Universe, you will understand why so many people are starting to say that a paradigm shift in our science and culture is at hand.

Article: Psychic Computer Shows Your Thoughts on Screen

Scientists have discovered how to “read” minds by scanning brain activity and reproducing images of what people are seeing — or even remembering.

Researchers have been able to convert into crude video footage the brain activity stimulated by what a person is watching or recalling.

The breakthrough raises the prospect of significant benefits, such as allowing people who are unable to move or speak to communicate via visualisation of their thoughts; recording people’s dreams; or allowing police to identify criminals by recalling the memories of a witness.

However, it could also herald a new Big Brother era, similar to that envisaged in the Hollywood film Minority Report, in which an individual’s private thoughts can be readily accessed by the authorities.

If this source is legit, then this discovery is absolutely amazing.

The possibilities that may or may not occur from this discovery are endless. Some could be bad. Some could be great.

A few things i read worried me:
In Britain, fMRI scanning technology has been sold to multinational companies, such as Unilever and McDonald’s, enabling them to see how we subconsciously react to brands.

and

In America, security agencies are researching the use of brain scanners for interrogating prisoners, and Lockheed Martin, the US defence contractor, is reported to have studied the possibility of scanning brains at a distance.

It's this kind of discovery that could really be used for bad agenda. I don't want to live in a world where elite organizations are scanning my brain.

A few things i read excited me:

The breakthrough raises the prospect of significant benefits, such as allowing people who are unable to move or speak to communicate via visualisation of their thoughts; recording people’s dreams; or allowing police to identify criminals by recalling the memories of a witness.

and

Researchers have also used scanning technology to measure academic ability, detect early signs of Alzheimer’s and other degenerative conditions, and even predict the decision a person is about to make before they are conscious of making it.

Imagine being able to record our dreams! THE THINGS WE WOULD LEARN! This is a dream in itself.

Also, Delving in depth into the intricacies, and finding out the why's and how's of this discovery could mean great things for humanity. It could really lead to more clues and answers about reality and consciousness. This could be another door that we've opened that will contribute to our evolution.

However, as the article says: “It’s the age-old problem: knowledge is power and it can be used for both good and evil.”

We've just got to be aware.

Ok, so - telepathy chips, mind reading computers, what's next? Time travel??
